Back to the Big Bang

Description

What's new on the origin of the universe?

For starters, a quick visit to LHC (Large Hadron Collider) near Geneva, Switzerland, to discover the most recent advances on the Big Bang Theory. This massive particle accelerator was built to replicate the conditions of the Big Bang and is located in a 27 kilometre tunnel, 175 metres below ground.

And this is just the beginning! Then we dive into the infinitely small and infinitely large in order to understand the basic building blocks of matter: quarks, leptons and bosons.
