The oceans, seas and rivers cover 70% of the surface of our planet.

Water can change state (liquid, gas or solid), temperature (hot or cold current), shape (wave or waterfall) or composition (salty or fresh).  In movement or under pressure, water has phenomenal power. Its depths conceal an extraordinary fauna and flora. However, less than 2% of the ocean floor has been explored by man to date. Water therefore holds many mysteries. It is the challenge of today's new researchers to discover them.
